We are offering the chance for you to learn the secrets of Vietnamese Cooking.
We will be making Spring Rolls ( Cha Gio), Fish Sauce (Nuoc Cham), Green Papaya Salad (Goi du du), Fried Fish with Dill and Turmeric (Cha Ca Thaong Long) and Coconut Rice. Yum
Please bring an apron and wear closed shoes. Also bring some containers to take home your creations.
