Yoga learning workshop
Indian traditional yoga learning workshop. Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
We start with basic warm up asanas.
Then experience the movement of body in a systematic sequence with traditional Suryanamaskars and Sthira -Sukham meaning (stable – relaxed) asanas.
We will end the session with pranayama which will help to calm our mind and relax our body.
